Aston Carter Contracts Administrator in York, Pennsylvania
Description:
Handle administrative functions relating to the interpretation of customer contractual requirements
Disseminate of pertinent information necessary to process the work to meet contractual obligations.
Has responsibility to inform the customer regarding contract status and to ensure that billings are promptly issued
Responsible to ensure a smooth flow of contractually required information is made to all internal disciplines and to the customer
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this position.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related major, or equivalent specialized training, knowledge, and experience.
2-3 years of contract-related experience
Excellent computer skills required.
Must have working knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft applications, including MS Project
Basic to working knowledge of contracting concepts, Uniform Commercial Code, applicable international law, or public contract acquisitions law and regulations.
