Excavation Equipment Operator The candidate must be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment and be able to concentrate and remain aware of their surroundings in the face of distractions. Our projects consist of, but are not limited to, job site preparation which includes setting up, digging, compaction, grading and backfilling. Water/sewer/power trenching and installation. Storm drainage, swales and ponds. Must have at least 5 years' experience operating Excavators, Front End Loaders, Graders, Rollers, Water Trucks, have a valid Washington State Driver's License, ability to do physical labor and other strenuous tasks. Other job duties include but are not limited to: Operating equipment in a safe manner, also ensuring proper maintenance of machinery. Loading and unloading equipment from vehicles used to transport it. Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure its in good working order. Reading grade stakes, following site grading and operational plans and blueprints. Adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
