BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 Engineering Tech I - Temporary in Woodinville, Washington

Possess skills and experience to help solve technical problems Supports manufacturing equipment with moderate guidance and direction. Strong working knowledge of specific equipment to be supported Frequently addresses problems and recommends possible alternatives Recommends course of action based on knowledge, experience and company goals Successfully completes small projects with low to moderate complexity with minimal guidance How You'll Make An Impact: Performs with PMs, equipment service, and installation Diagnoses root cause of malfunction and perform maintenance on electronic or operational equipment Maintains system logs or manuals to document testing or operation of equipment Troubleshoots, adjusts, reassembles or replaces defective or improperly functioning circuitry, electronic components or other equipment What You Bring: Course work in Engineering/ Scientific field or equivalent hands-on industry experience 1-4years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Mechanical service/repair experience is preferred Familiarity with PLCs (programmable logical controller) preferred Hands-on experience in maintaining automated production lines is highly desirable Technical experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ex. pharma, medical device, life sciences) Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $28.75 - $39.57 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
