::: {role="main"} ::: section H2 is seeking a Business Analyst to support our government client onboard the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) in Las Cruces, NM. This position will directly support the Program Management and Deputy Program Manager to review, develop, and track all contract reporting requirements and will coordinate with SharePoint Developers to implement creative reporting visualizations to represent contract processes, requirements, and metrics.

The Business Anlayst responsibilities will include:

Collaborating closely with the Technology, Training, Process Design and Service Management workstreams to provide assistance with and tracking of client deliverables, logistical support to meetings and events, and reportingand data analytics.

Requirements

Education, Knowledge and Skills Required:

Secret Clearance required

Comptia Security+ preferred

2-3 years of relevant experience in program management

Bachelors degree

Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel and SharePoint

Must be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable working both individually and in team environments.

Ability to work well at the Consultant level with limited supervision.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize work on tight timelines.

Familiarity with military environments and organizations. :::
