Customer seeking a Cloud Engineer within O&M working on legacy system. Must have experience with cloud formation, Linux admin, GitHub and Jenkins. Also should have some experience with Jira. They are working on deployment of Linux 7 to Linux 8 migration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience.

• Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support to production systems to include troubleshooting.

• Demonstrated experience with cloud platform administration such as Amazon Web Services.

• Demonstrated experience with configuration and infrastructure management of technical components, including hardware, software, and data.

• Demonstrated experience developing and continuing improvement of automation and procedures scripts.

• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and supporting cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services.

• Demonstrated experience monitoring system performance and recommending corrective action.

• Demonstrated experience documenting cloud environment and maintaining the documentation.

• Demonstrated experience with infrastructure-as-code software such as Terraform or Ansible.

• Demonstrated experience with scripting languages such as Python.

• Demonstrated experience with Linux or Linux Administration.

• Demonstrated experience with software version control management such as GitHub.

• Demonstrated experience with application build pipelines such as Jenkins..

• Must possess an Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
