Regions Hospital has an opening available for a Physical Therapist to join our amazing Inpatient Rehab department. This full-time Physical Therapy position will primarily serve patients admitted to our 21-bed CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility with some coverage onto the acute floors of our Trauma Level 1 hospital. We have CARF specialty accreditation in stroke, brain injury and spinal cord injury care. We also care for patients after amputation or those with complex medical or trauma-related injuries. We are seeking a candidate with experience in one or more of these areas. Prior experience with acute inpatient rehab setting preferred. Seating/mobility knowledge preferred but not required. We work collaboratively as a interdisciplinary team so strong problem solving and communication skills are needed. This is a full time, M-F position with every 4th weekend rotation and holiday rotation. Specialty rehabilitation technology (FES cycle, Zero G body weight support system, Bioness Integrative Technology touchscreen, pressure mapping device and more) is included in onboarding. Work Schedule: M-F 8-4:30 Every 4th weekend yearly holiday rotation Required Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. Licensed with the Minnesota State Board of Physical Therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Qualifications: Experience in similar settings/diagnoses. Advanced certification and/or licensure to support position.
