Joining our California’s Great America Leadership team you’ll be ensuring the beautification and the cleanliness throughout the park..

You’ll also…

• Oversee Special Crew operations and ensure park/department standards for health and safety are maintained.

• Perform scheduling, assignment, and monitoring of personnel.

• Be responsible for associate training, certification, motivation, and performance management.

• Maintain back areas and event facility cleanliness.

• Operate various power tools, small machinery, and equipment (including compactors, balers and motor vehicles).

• Be responsible for waste and recycle collection, handling and transfer.

• Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge

Qualifications:

• You!

• Previous leadership experience/training (an asset).

• A valid California driver’s license

• Someone who is able to follow and issue both oral and written instructions clearly.

• Individuals with a passion and excitement about Great America

• Availability that includes working flexible shifts starting at 6am including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
