Employment Specialist will assist individuals with disabilities that have been referred to the agency by DORS to prepare for and obtain meaningful employment which may include various levels of hearing loss. Responsibilities include teaching, advising and motivating individuals to develop resumes, set employment goals, assess job skills, prepare for interviews, employee and employer relationships, work ethics and communication for successfull employment outcomes.
