Robert Half Accounting Manager in Nashville, Tennessee

Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to manage accounting activities across multiple global locations. The role involves simplifying complex financial data and presenting it in the form of clear, timely, consolidated reports. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for managing various accounting functions including AP, AR, inventory, depreciation, P/L, billing, payroll, general expenses, bank reconciliations, and cash flow, providing a solid foundation for our financial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of accounting activities across multiple global locations

• Simplify complex financial data and present clear, timely, consolidated reports

• Manage various accounting functions including AP, AR, inventory, depreciation, P/L, billing, payroll, general expenses, bank reconciliations, and cash flow

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly closing schedules and intercompany transactions

• Steer the company through financial and international/statutory audits

• Work directly under the CFO to shape and uphold global accounting and finance standards

• Manage and guide our committed Accountant based in Hong Kong

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient management of accounting functions

• Apply knowledge of IFRS Accounting and IFRS - Intl Financial Reporting Stds in daily tasks

• Analyze Financial Statements and prepare Financial Statements Consolidation and Monthly Financial Statements as required.

This role is remote with occasional office visits in Nashville, TN, and offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Supervisor for 3 years or more

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proven knowledge in Auditing and Billing Functions

• Familiarity with IFRS Accounting and IFRS - Intl Financial Reporting Stds

• Ability to Analyze Financial Statements

• Experience in Financial Statement Preparation

• Knowledge in Financial Statements Consolidation

• Experience in preparing Monthly Financial Statements
