BFOQ Must be at least 18 years of age due to Child Labor laws. Departments include: Breast Debone (Debone, Sizing, Portioning); First Processing (Evis and Giblet Harvest, Paw and Giblet Pack); Second Processing (Rehang, Saw Line, Dapec/Cut up, Whole Bird, Truss Wogns, Stack Off) Catcher, Live Hang and Fork Lift Operator. Shifts will be first or third depending on the open position, overtime may be required. Benefits available after probation period (Health Insurance, 401K, Vacation). $18.00 day shift/$19.00 night shift. Breast Debone and Dapec positions pay $.10 premium; Saw line and fork lift operator pays $.25 premium. Live Hang pays: day shift $22 per hr and night shift $23 per hr premium.
