Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide technical support, on-site maintenance and repair to customers with MRI equipment.

Document all Customer Support and related activity in Service Records Database.

Follow up with customers when necessary to confirm resolution of problems

Other related duties and projects as may be assigned.

Interstate Travel

Preferred Skills:

Trade School level knowledge of any or all of the following

Personal Computer Hardware/IT/Software

Electronic Technology/Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC skills (preferable).

Valid drivers license

Salary: Salary Negotiable
