They are responsible for determining patient eligibility for various programs within the BCC, registering patients for such programs, ensuring patients understand the programs and their responsibilities, and their insurance/program coverage plan(s). They must be willing to become a certified Kynector and are responsible for enrolling eligible patients into various insurance and financial assistance programs, advocate for assistance and billing issue resolutions, and ensure that databases/computer systems are up to date with accurate and timely coverage information. They are responsible for enrolling patients into the Ryan White Part C and D programs, Sexual Wellness Program, and make referrals to other grants as applicable.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMS Windows (Word, Excel, Access (or other database experience), Outlook, EpicDoes this position have supervisory responsibilities?
