Supervising daily manufacturing activities and staff.

Promote safety and ensure team compliance with all safety and

environmental rules, policies, and procedures. Supervise production

personnel providing technical and strategic direction towards fulfillment

of job responsibilities and safety. Workstation training, tool orientation,

daily procedures, and admin compliance. Give general and specific

direction to Supervision to meet short-term and long-term goals. Lead QC

and QA compliance and supervision.
