Coeur Mining, Inc. is a U.S.-based, well-diversified, growing precious metals producer with four wholly-owned operations: the Palmarejo silver-gold complex in Mexico, the Rochester silver-gold mine in Nevada, the Kensington gold mine in Alaska, and the Wharf gold mine in South Dakota. In addition, the Company wholly-owns the Silvertip silver-zinc-lead development project in British Columbia and has interests in several precious metals exploration projects throughout North America.

The Haul Truck Driver position will report to the Mine Supervisor and is responsible for safe and efficient operation of underground haul trucks. The schedule for this position is 14 days on at the mine site located about 45-miles north of Juneau, accessible only through company transportation, and 14 days off.

Responsibilities:

• Drive a 20-ton or larger mine haul truck.
• Perform a walk-around inspection at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Safely and effectively haul and dump material in designated areas.
• Remove garbage and keep the cab of the trucks clean.
• Ensure the truck receives fuel as required and at the end of each shift.
• Follow all safety and environmental requirements as determined by Coeur Mining, Inc.
• Willing to stop work for safety concerns, and abide by safety best practices, policies and procedures
• Assist in general mine labor as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification/Education Requirements:

• Ability to work safe and promote safe behavior in others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent safety, attendance and work records.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate well with all Mine Operations personnel.
• Demonstrate initiative as a team member in a growing, fast-paced environment.
• One (1) year of mining experiencepreferred.
• Prior underground and/or equipment operation experiencepreferred.
• Previous haul truck driver or equipment operation experiencepreferred.
• Sets high standards for self and others, builds trust and takes accountability.
• Preference given to Alaska residents.
