1 Red Cell Personnel (Part Time) Minimum Qualifications Summary Certification & Education Bachelor's degree required Active Secret Security Clearance Must possess valid U.S. (State) driver's license Experience Required At least five years of relevant experience Prior military and/or law enforcement experience Experience in surveillance, counter surveillance, and cyber security Open-source intelligence (OSINT) certifications by the military or law enforcement (DESIRED) Job Objective The A2T T3 course provides physical and digital force protection training to Advisors, through classroom instruction, case studies, live demonstrations, and practical exercises. This is intended to build organizational capacity for the designing and execute of training designed to prepare Advisors to mitigate the physical and digital threats faced in their aligned geographical Area of Responsibility (AORs). Responsibilities Build the collection package on each student prior to their arrival in the classroom. Employing appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students Provide and manage training and training assistance for military and civilian related subjects Contributes to the development or revision of curriculum documents based on reviews and analysis to ensure desired student outcomes Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of their field or discipline and to use technology, as appropriate, to enhance the educational experience of the learning process Manage each aspect of the courses including scheduling, classroom support, preparing and integrating equipment for training and exercise use, audio visual input, guest speaker visits coordination, lesson material / handout duplication, class rehearsals, after action review, lodging, transportation, and personnel support Work Location About Lukos Lukos has been delivering professional services to the Federal Government for 15 years.
