Valiant Government Services, LLC Non-Rated Aircrew Training Instructor in Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington

Secret Regular We are pipelining candidates for a future role. Contingent upon Contract Award Valiant is seeking a Non-Rated Aircrew Training Instructor for W-TRS. Potential locations could include: California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Korea, and potential additional CONUS locations. Essential job duties include but are not limited to: Leads initial and site training of UH-60 and CH-47 flight systems instruction on Non-Rated Crew Member Man Module (NCM3) system Conducts training courses, both on-site and on-line, for the company's applications and systems to include lectures and hands-on sessions. Responsibilities: Manages the daily operations of UH-60, CH-47 , NCM3, flight and ensures it is maintained to US Army standards and available for training. Instructs and measures training progress of crew member students who train in the established aircrew training curriculum. Provides inputs and courseware corrections and modifications to update training policies and procedures Responsible for operating the NCM3 missions, SAF, and After-Action Reviews (AAR) consoles Uses hardware and software to input data efficiently to develop, store and transfer exercises and AARs Document all maintenance actions by inputting data in ISTS. May be required to support other devices and will be cross trained, as needed. Mental/Physical requirements for this role include: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as appropriate. Ability to perform duties in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind and rain) and at height. Willing to work a flexible workweek. Must have or be able to obtain a valid state driver's license and maintain post driving privileges. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation. This position may require travel to other installations and other WTRS locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Basic Qualifications: 2-year associate degree in electronics or related technical field (BS Degree desirable/Experience Equivalent to Degree) May consider experience in lieu of formal education (military training, technical school, and/or professional experience). US citizenship is required. Possess an Active Secret US Government Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
