The Lead Agricultural Equipment Mechanic will organize/staff/direct seasonal harvest operations at the location. Direct repairs and maintenance of location vehicles and Ag equipment during harvest and off-season. Essential Job Functions: Perform overhauls and preventative maintenance of location vehicles and harvest equipment. Supervise, train, and evaluate full-time maintenance and seasonal harvest staff. Manage, monitor, and report on location facility/parts needs and maintenance budgets. Supervise harvest crew and perform associated in-season repairs/maintenance. Assist with administration of all Seneca policies, procedures, and safety program. Monitor and document equipment performance/efficiencies.
