Job Description:

As a member of the University of Florida College of Medicine Adjunct Clinical Postdoc your first-year assignment will be to work in collaboration with the UF Health Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment (UF Health CAN) to expand the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) services, with a particular focus on funded research projects and clinical contracts. You may also become involved in other research and clinical projects dedicated to the UF Health CAN mission. Your assignment may be changed based on the needs of the department and/or college.

You will develop training materials and disseminate these materials to behavior therapists across the state. You will work with the research team to meet the deliverables of the grant funded by the Florida Developmental Disabilities, Inc.

You will participate in a growing clinical and research program in improving care for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders in specialized settings with severe behavior disorders and pediatric feeding disorders.

You will serve as an important academic staff member bysupporting training forandcollaborating withUF Health CAN and related providers within the UF Health system on the unique needs of individuals with neurodevelopmental diagnoses and severe behavior disorders.

Initial appointments will be for one year with annual re-appointments based on performance and available funding.

Expected Salary:

Commensurate with training and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Ph.D. with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis (ABA), board certification, and at least one year of experience in assessment and treatment of severe behavior disorders such as pediatric feeding disorders.

Preferred Qualifications:Expertise in the area of severe behavior and training
