Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide legal research, support and counsel on a variety of legal issues, including hospital operations, health care regulatory and compliance matters, estate matters, real estate, information technology, oil and gas, and intellectual property

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors

  Required Skills/Abilities

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas

• 5 to 7 years of experience and expertise in substantive areas of the law that affect Scottish Rite and its operations

• Health care experience preferable

• Successful candidate must have a strong customer service orientation, be self-motivated, organized and a team player

• Must also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the company
