Physical Therapy Assistant -Home Health - PRN

Variable hrs/wk; Provide quality care independently in patients residents under the direction of a PT. Coordinate care between team members, excellent communication and computer skills, efficient, follow plan of care and recommend modifications of plan for improved outcomes. Must have valid drivers license, auto insurance and be able to drive own vehicle. PTA license form accredited PTA program.
