Description Position Summary/Essential Duties: Supports athletes and athletic programs by providing comprehensive fitness, nutrition, injury care and conditioning programs. Essential duties include: Performs athlete evaluation on/off the field; provides immediate care as needed and/or develops an effective treatment plan appropriate to the athlete's needs. Selects and competently uses a variety of appropriate treatment techniques. Educates athlete/family in applicable treatment and prevention. Regularly uses and keeps up-to-date documentation via UH preferred injury tracking software, Performs other activities such as, but not limited to assisting Athletic Director in ordering supplies and keeping current inventories, billing, etc. Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
