Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in the healthcare industry, located in BERWYN, Pennsylvania. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be providing administrative support to the CFO and President of the company. You will be responsible for managing calendars, handling travel and expenses, setting up meetings, and providing other administrative support as needed. This position is fully on-site and requires a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate with a knack for juggling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple calendars for the President and CFO, ensuring smooth scheduling and organization.

• Handle domestic and international travel arrangements for the CFO and President, including logistics and itineraries.

• Process expenses using the Concur Expense system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Set up internal and external client meetings, coordinating with vendors as needed.

• Answer inbound calls and inquiries, providing information and assistance.

• Work collaboratively in a team environment, stepping in to assist colleagues when required.

• Use Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks and communication.

• Assist the President with meetings with various stakeholders.

• Adapt to a high-energy office, maintaining productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the healthcare or NHS sector

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Experience in managing and coordinating complex calendars

• Proven ability in handling Concur Expense for expense management

• Excellent communication skills for answering inquiries and handling inbound calls

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• High level of discretion and confidentiality for dealing with sensitive information

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
