Admission Counselor (Temporary, 4 Month Appointment)

St. Edward's University is seeking an Admissions Counselor for our 4-month position in our Admissions Office. This individual serves as a member of the Admissions Office and will communicate the University's academic and scholarship programs to prospective students, parents and high school representatives for the purpose of counseling and recruiting qualified undergraduate students.

For consideration, a Bachelor's degree required; Familiarity with and ability to articulate the value of the St. Edward's experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong oral/written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in making group presentations. Must work effectively with a diverse student population. Personal computer experience required. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record required. Ability to comply with workplace guidelines and attendance requirements. Must have the ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
